Recruitment Service

The Hutt Valley Chamber of Commerce has recently begun a NO COST recruitment service to match local job seekers with local jobs.  We have work ready job seekers available now for full and part time work. They have a diverse range of qualifications and experience from entry level to senior management.

Hiring someone can be a long and expensive process and it’s very difficult to get it right.  The HVCC has an extensive range of checks and assessments designed to ensure that your future employee has the right skills for the job and is the right “fit”, to save your business time and money.

We may also be able to provide some training if required (still no cost to you) if your ideal candidate needs a little upskilling.  Some training our candidates have received so far:

  • Xero or MYOB
  • Advanced Microsoft
  • First Aid
  • Barista
  • Induction/Workplace assessment (to prevent OOS etc)
  • Site Safe Passport

If you have a position available now, or have one coming up soon, you can either phone to discuss your requirements or email a job description. Jo will then forward you cvs and information from candidates that meet your requirements and have a full understanding of your expectations.
