Established in 1998, Fire and Emergency Training Solutions (FETS) provides an extensive range of courses for staff training in emergency response and compliance, for the office and outdoor workplace environment. We service many industries including dairy, meat, manufacturing, construction, building, corporate, local government, and maritime, including schools and colleges.
From our Upper Hutt national headquarters, we have clients in Wellington and throughout New Zealand including Fonterra, Strait Shipping, Interislander, NIWA, Taylor Preston, Contact Energy, EMQUAL, Transfield, Eddie Carson and Sons, Ministry of Primary Industries (formerly NCDI), and Weltec to name a few.
Our course classes range from compliance training, such as floor/fire warden and fire extinguisher, right through to workplace emergency response training in breathing apparatus, confined space entry and working at heights.
FETS courses are totally flexible and are available New Zealand-wide. Whatever your organisations’ requirements, we can custom design professional and quality delivered training packages. Every one of our instructors has an operational background and therefore brings to the classroom not only their knowledge but also real life experiences.
Training can be delivered on your site, using your procedures where appropriate to give your staff relevant workplace information. Course numbers range from 8 - 20 depending on type of course.
