IF YOU OWN RENTAL PROPERTIES YOU NEED MY INSPECTIONS
Many people own rental properties, some use property managers for a hassle free experience in theory, while others own them, collect the rents, do the maintenance and do not worry about inspections. This can be a little like Russian roulette, you may have a good tenant who looks after your property or you may have one you think is good, who proves themselves to be a major problem.
For owners in these circumstances inspections can seem difficult, with feelings of not wanting to intrude, or, they may live in another town making travelling to conduct inspections onerous. Whatever the situation, having an intermediary to conduct an inspection would be a desirable service to use. Until now, there has not been such a unique service, unless you used a property manager who provides an overall service, including inspections. To use a manager you pay a percentage from every rental payment, however, you may not wish to lose that money but the reality is if you want to protect your investment you still need your properties inspected.
This is where I can help. I am not a property manager. I have worked in the industry for a number of years, most of which was taken up with doing inspections. I conduct high quality inspections, either Initial, Routine, or Final and provide detailed reports and supporting photos. If you are unfortunate enough to have a dispute then such a report and photos will make a huge difference at a tenancy tribunal hearing. In addition it can provide peace of mind, knowing that the property is checked and you are kept up to date with any required maintenance.
I cover the greater Wellington area, I am a born and bred Wellingtonian and I do not need a GPS to find my way around. I am good at what I do, you can be assured that any inspection I carry out will be of the highest standard, after all, I am not distracted by a myriad of other tasks, my sole interest is to be your impartial eyes monitoring your most significant investment.
